BEST real estate experience EVER!

Karlee was professional when she listed my condo by listing it at a REALIST selling price. When the property sold she was very professional in assisting me in disposing of certain items that the purchaser did not want to buy separately. Although fairly NEW to the real estate industry she definitely has all the attributes of a "seasoned" realtor.

Can't say enough about how amazing my experience was working with Karlee. Especially considering how difficult I was to work with, as I was not excited at all about the prospect of moving. She worked so hard at helping me figure out my priorities and was so patient and understanding as we looked. It was a hard decision to make to pick one, mostly because of my lack of desire to move. She helped me weigh all the options and include location, layout, size and financial so I could pick the one that I would be happy in moving forward.

On the day of possession for me, and giving up possession on my house, she was right there beside me and my family packing the last of the boxes and out in the rain with me loading up my truck to ensure a smooth transition.

She is not only an incredible person, but a dedicated realtor. I would give her more than five stars if I could.
